Refund policy

We want you to love your dress but for whatever reason that is not possible, we have a 14-day exchange policy. That means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or get store credit! 

We currently do not offer refunds. If an exchange is not possible we will offer you a store credit gift card that does not expire. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and email us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you as soon as possible!
